As an avid follower of Tanya Burr and someone who loves the chance to bag a freebie, I was so excited to watch Tanya's most recent collaboration with Rituals Cosmetics and order myself a free shower gel!
I recently watched Tanya Burr’s collaboration with Rituals Cosmetics ‘My Real Reaction’ and couldn’t pass up on the opportunity to order myself the free, full sized Rituals Cosmetics shower gel. I’ve stopped by the Rituals stores in London many a time, gazing longingly at the beautiful, flower adorned entrances before heading inside, but I’ve never actually purchased anything from there. Rituals is a brand that has become popular not only for their quality products, but also the focus on ‘lifestyle’ behind the collections. Rituals aims to make us stop and enjoy those ‘seemingly meaningless moments’ in our day-to-day lives that we might otherwise take for granted, such as taking long, relaxing baths or reading a book next to one of their scented candles. Tanya’s code gave me the opportunity to try something new!
The Ritual of Ayurveda Shower Gel (previously names Yogi Flow) is part of a collection based on ‘The Art of Living Wisely’. The philosophy looks at ‘balanced living’ and helps to improve ‘health and well-being’. The delicately sweet, subtle scent combines Indian Rose and Sweet Almond Oil and it smells absolutely divine! The product uses a unique technology that foams on contact with water and I’ve found that works well for showering and as a shaving foam. The packaging looks lovely in my bathroom and the can is really easy to use. A small amount goes a long way as the product has a rich and gentle formula that lathers well, leaving your skin feeling soft and moisturised. Overall it looks and feels like a luxurious product and really gives you that At-Home-Spa experience.
At a cost of £8.50, I don’t think I will be adding this to my weekly grocery list, however it’s a lovely product to buy as a special gift and has made me want to try out more of the range. With the opening of the new Rituals store in Grand Central Birmingham in November, I’ll be sure to add Rituals products to my Christmas Wish List. Apparently, the store will be stocking the Tiny Rituals collection for babies, just in time for the arrival of baby James next year!
Thank you for stopping by!
